Our engineering team has in excess of 70 man-years' of experience in high-performance analogue and mixed-mode IC design; our experience has been gained at companies that include National Semiconductor, Texas Instruments, ITT, LSI, and HP/Agilent as well as in consultancy. 
Members of our staff have been granted more than 40 patents.

Our engineers' designs include:
RF front end and zero-IF; fibre optic receivers, regenerators, and laser controllers; clocking oscillators; temperature compensated crystal oscillators; aerospace communications interfaces including 1553B and 3910; audio amplifiers; DACs and ADCs.

Our engineers also have experience in obtaining the best performance and extended functionality from existing processes.  This has included extended device modelling, optimisation of matching and long-term stability, and non-volatile memory design.
